MEMBER SPOTLIGHT SURVEY

Your Role in the Life Science Real Estate Industry:
I am an architectural designer at Ennead Architects in NYC currently working on two Northeast Life Sciences projects. I also assist with business development initiatives for our commercial group.

Fun Fact:
I am an avid photographer and mostly shoot film or use my iPhone camera. My passion for photography started a long time ago but has grown recently during my time at Pratt Institute.

Favorite Scientific Breakthrough/Discovery:
In my opinion, the discovery of DNA and its double helix structure is the most exciting because of its unlimited potential to help understand the human species and various diseases. However, the most impactful discovery would have to be Electricity.

The Future of Life Science Real Estate:
With the support from City and State Government, I see Life Science real estate growing in NYC. There are a couple of projects in early phases along First Avenue that will greatly contribute to a more robust Health and Sciences corridor in Manhattan and continue to drive demand for high quality biomanufacturing and R&D space.
