About Builds Bio+:

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit membership-driven organization, Builds Bio+ is dedicated to bringing the life sciences innovation community together. It serves as the go-to resource for information and assistance in growing, building, and locating life science companies within major industry clusters.

 

Role Overview:

The Institutions Committee is dedicated to fostering collaboration between academic and healthcare institutions, life science companies, and the real estate sector. The Chair and Co-Chair will lead initiatives that drive partnerships, share resources, and create strategies to strengthen the biotech ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and lead committee meetings.
  • Develop initiatives to connect institutions with real estate and life sciences companies.
  • Support programming, research, and networking opportunities.
  • Work with NYM Builds Bio+ leadership to promote institutional collaboration.
  • Facilitate member engagement and industry discussions.
  • Add position to your LinkedIn Profile

 

Qualifications:
  • Builds Bio+ member in good standing.
  • Passion for leadership and fostering collaboration.
  • Reliable and able to commit time to committee initiatives.
  • Experience in academia, healthcare, real estate, or life sciences is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
