About Builds Bio+:

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit membership-driven organization, Builds Bio+ is dedicated to bringing the life sciences innovation community together. It serves as the go-to resource for information and assistance in growing, building, and locating life science companies within major industry clusters.

Role Overview:

The Planning & Membership Committee focuses on growing and supporting NYM Builds Bio+ membership. The Chair and Co-Chair will develop initiatives to recruit new members, provide engagement opportunities, and plan meaningful programming.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to increase membership and retention.
• Organize member engagement initiatives and events.
• Identify key industry topics and services to enhance member experience.
• Collaborate with NYM Builds Bio+ leadership to expand outreach.
• Assist in planning networking and educational programs.
• Add position to your LinkedIn Profile

Qualifications:

• Builds Bio+ member in good standing.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Reliable and committed to committee initiatives.
• Experience in membership growth, event planning, or community building preferred.
• Passion for expanding industry connections and opportunities.
