About Builds Bio+:

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit membership-driven organization, Builds Bio+ is dedicated to bringing the life sciences innovation community together. It serves as the go-to resource for information and assistance in growing, building, and locating life science companies within major industry clusters.

Role Overview:

The Subclusters Committee tracks life science activities and real estate developments across various subclusters, including Long Island City, Midtown East, Hudson Square, Westchester, New Jersey, Jersey City, Brooklyn, Midtown West, Manhattanville, the Bronx, and Philadelphia. The Chair and Co-Chair will help document and analyze emerging trends, fostering connectivity across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead committee meetings and discussions.
• Maintain and update a database of life science projects and real estate developments.
• Identify key opportunities for expansion and collaboration.
• Provide insights and reports for NYM Builds Bio+ members.
• Engage with developers, real estate professionals, and life sciences leaders.
• Add position to your LinkedIn Profile

Qualifications:

• Builds Bio+ member in good standing.
• Passion for data collection, research, and strategic planning.
• Reliable and dedicated to committee growth.
• Knowledge of real estate development, life sciences, or market trends preferred.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
